Sales Executive – Fit-Out & Renovation

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive with strong technical knowledge in Fit-Out, Villa Renovation, Interior Works, Apartment Maintenance, Painting, Electrical Works, Plumbing and AC Installation Works to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UAE and Dubai sales, strong networking skills, and the ability to bring in new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in Dubai fit-out and renovation market
• Build and maintain a strong network of client connections for sales opportunities
• Meet with clients to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, BOQs, and quotations
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to align client expectations with project feasibility
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent after-sales support
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business leads to drive growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai, ideally within fit-out, villa renovation, interior works, or apartment maintenance
• Strong technical understanding of fit-out works, villa renovation, interior works, painting, Electrical Works, AC Installation Works, and related processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Ability to independently generate leads, bring in business, and manage projects from start to close
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
