Sales Executive( FMCG)

The Weighbridge Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the weighbridge equipment to ensure accurate measurement of materials, goods, and vehicles entering and leaving the premises. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and coordination with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate weighbridge systems to accurately record the weight of incoming and outgoing vehicles and materials.
• Ensure proper documentation of weight tickets and reconcile discrepancies, if any.
• Inspect vehicles for proper loading and ensure compliance with weight regulations.
• Maintain records of daily weighment and submit reports to the supervisor or concerned department.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibration checks on the weighbridge equipment.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and accounts departments to ensure smooth processing of deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Handle queries and disputes related to weight measurements in a professional manner.
• Monitor and report any equipment malfunction or irregularities to the maintenance team.
• Keep the weighbridge area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in weighbridge operations is preferred.
