Job Vacancy: Sales Executive – Interior Design Company

Location: Al Qouz 4, Dubai. UAE
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Experience Level: 1-3 years in UAE or any GCC
Salary: Between 2000 to 5000

We are a leading interior design and fit-out company, dedicated to creating innovative, elegant, and functional spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality clients. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand design concepts and technical drawings.
• Self-motivated with a passion for design and client engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for meetings.
