Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with client details, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Marketing teams for lead generation and promotional activities.
  • Handle booking procedures, assist clients with documentation, and ensure a smooth handover process.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
