Purpose of the role-
To work closely with wholesale Banking relationship team and provide Cash management solutions across Corporate, Ecomm, Fintech & Institutional clients. To drive Transaction Banking solutions and generate Liability business for the Bank. Contribute towards CASA Balances and Fee income by scoping & targeting clients in the existing segment.

Scope Existing portfolio + Acquire NTB clients by providing Transaction Banking Solutions focused on corporate, Ecomm, Fintech and institutional Clients.

Knowhow of digital banking products and services.

Providing need-based CMS product solutions (collection & payment products) for Corporate Client.

Gathering market knowledge on how segments perform to adapt to situations.

Provide inputs on Sales and Strategy to product team for building & innovating transaction banking products & services.

Articulate and execute business strategy covering product development & sales.

Work in tandem with service delivery, operations, product and internal stakeholders to provide seamless solutions

Identifying strategic alliances for delivery of innovative solutions to clients.
Education
Essential: Graduate or Master’s degree
Preferred: MBA
Experience

Overall experience in 2-5 years of work experience in fintech/bank industry preferably handling Cash Management Sales role.
