About the Role

As a Sales Executive for Dopamine Land Dubai, you will be part of the B2B team focused on special events, group bookings, and private experiences. You'll manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, handle customer calls, and close deals for birthday celebrations and corporate or private events. You will also support reporting and analysis of customer feedback and help structure key performance metrics for the Fever for Business channel.

  • Manage B2B sales inquiries for Dopamine Land Dubai.
  • Handle customer calls and emails from first contact to booking confirmation.
  • Close deals for group visits, birthday celebrations, and privatizations.
  • Provide personalized customer care, ensuring every interaction reflects Fever's high service standards.
  • Collect and analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with management.
  • Support reporting processes and help structure key performance metrics for the Fever for Business channel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align communication and optimise visitor satisfaction.
About You
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles, ideally in hospitality, events, or entertainment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude with a problem solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Good analytical ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast changing scenarios.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).

This position is hybrid with an in person presence expected.
