Job Title: Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing freight forwarding team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for building and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored sales strategies, and achieving set sales targets within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads to expand the client base.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to freight forwarding services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of international shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience-3-6 Years
