Job Purpose
: To be the primary business contact for logistics business partners client, increase volume of business from a portfolio of account within DP World Logistics and consistently provide excellent service in maximizing profitability.
Key Accountabilities:

Ensure in securing new customers, I’ll be able to maintain undeveloped good relationship with existing potential Customers account

to achieve target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.

conduct and report minimum number of sales Leeds set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business.

to maintain and keep up to date customer profile and ensure to build strong customer relationships available as per allocated

trade records of customer Detail.

identify potential customers and register opportunities, relentlessly pursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company.

regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.

Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.

follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.

Support DPW department’s and what closely with operations and documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.

Promote the services and products for all entities, and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.

Evaluating sales trends, market conditions and competitor activity.

Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly /monthly sales meetings.
Experience, Education and Skills requirements:
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience:
5 – 7 Years of Sales Experience in Freight Forwarding and/or Logistics.
Technical skills required to perform the role:
Commercial experience and business acumen in communication as well relevant operating systems
