Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher)

Location: Walk-in Interview at Office F18, First Floor, Sohni Shopping Mall, Near Karimabad, Karachi

(Note: Preference will be given to nearby residents of FB Area, Liaquatabad, North Nazimabad, etc. Candidates living 7 km beyond are asked not to visit)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time (Day Shift: 12 pm – 9 pm)

Salary: PKR 15,000/- per month with commission

This is an entry-level position. If you show progress within three months, you will be promoted with a salary increase.

Note: This is not a part-time position or remote job. Right candidate is required work for 9 hours a day from Monday to Friday.

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Sales Executive (Fresher) who can join us to grow by driving sales through freelancing platforms, digital marketing, and direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales for our core services: software development, app development, website development, and software development.
• Acquire new clients using Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelancing platforms.
• Run and manage Facebook ad campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Engage qualified leads to convert them.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales , preferably in the IT/software industry.
• Hands-on experience with Fiverr, Upwork, and freelancing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook advertising and lead generation.
• Experience with email marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
