Sales Executive (Fresher)

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive with strong communication skills to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales, with full training and support provided.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Requirement: Motorcycle and valid driver's license is a must

Experience: 0–1 Year (Training will be provided)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Salary: 40,000 per month + Competitive Commission Rates
Location: Near Brookes Roundabout

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Customize solutions according to client requirements and preferences
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements
• Close sales deals and manage all related documentation
• Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and communications
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the line manager

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
