Sales Executive – Furniture

Job Description

The Sales Executive (Furniture) is responsible for driving sales, assisting customers in selecting furniture products, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong product knowledge, customer handling skills, and experience in retail or showroom-based furniture sales. The candidate should be capable of understanding customer needs and recommending suitable furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting furniture based on needs, space, budget, and preferences
  • Demonstrate product features, materials, and design benefits
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and cleanliness standards
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in furniture industry
  • Experience in showroom or retail sales environment preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of furniture types, materials (wood, MDF, metal), and finishes
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Excel, invoicing)

Salary Range:

  • 70,000 to 85,000

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
