Sales Executive – Furniture & Construction Company

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales growth in both our furniture and construction divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in furniture and construction sectors
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
  • Meet architects, contractors, interior designers, and corporate clients
  • Present product catalogs, company profiles, and project portfolios
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain client database and follow up for repeat business
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (Furniture / Construction industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license (if field sales role)
