Sales Executive (GDF)

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our General Duty Facility (GDF) division. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of cleaning solutions and industry standards. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement abilities to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Effective communication, presentation, and product demonstration abilities
  • Good knowledge of cleaning materials, supplies, and industry practices
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Capable of resolving client concerns promptly while maintaining professional service standards
  • Awareness of market trends and ability to adjust strategies accordingly

Preferred Qualities:

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team collaborator
  • Demonstrates leadership skills and works effectively across teams and environments
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing sales conditions and client needs
