We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – Generator Rental & Sales (Saudi Arabia)

Location: Dammam, KSA

We are now expanding our presence in Saudi Arabia and looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive generator rental and sales across the Kingdom.

This is a field-based sales role requiring frequent travel within Saudi Arabia, focused purely on business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for generator rental and sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure long-term contracts.
• Understand customer power requirements and provide suitable generator solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and service.
• Monitor customer usage, satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Support execution of sales plans, campaigns, and market development activities.
• Participate in industry events, site visits, and client meetings to expand market reach.
• Share market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights with management.
• Deliver product presentations and technical discussions to potential clients.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (technical or business) is required.
• 3+ years of proven sales experience with EPC companies, contractors, and local market.
• Proven experience in generator rental/sales or heavy equipment/industrial sales
• Basic understanding of generators and power solutions
• Strong track record in field sales with frequent travel across regions
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and commercially strong
• Transferable Iqama and valid driving license are mandatory
• Proficiency in English, Arabic, or Malayalam (spoken and understanding) is preferred.
