Sales executive hardware

India

To generate sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand the company’s presence in the hardware and fasteners market (screws, self-drilling screws, roofing hardware, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential customers such as hardware dealers, distributors, contractors, and PEB/roofing companies.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical details to customers.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business..
  • Maintain records of daily visits, calls, and sales in CRM/reporting system.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock updates, and delivery follow-ups.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate / Diploma (preferred: Marketing, Business, or related).
  • Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years of field sales experience (hardware, building materials, fasteners, or related industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Knowledge of local market and hardware distribution network is an advantage.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
