About the Role:
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executive who can drive pharmaceutical product sales and also
handle customer support responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication
skills (especially tele-calling), basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, and experience using
Google Sheets for reporting and tracking. Candidates should be self-driven, target-oriented, and
comfortable working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote pharmaceutical products and
services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Address customer queries, provide support, and ensure excellent service experience.
- Track and maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in Google Sheets.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performing basic data analysis.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or tele-calling, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare
industry.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel).
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.- Ability to manage customer support queries efficiently and with a solution-oriented approach.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales and customer support.
- Candidates based in South India.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
