iTack Solutions is looking for a results-driven HIS/EMR Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling Healthcare Information Systems (HIS/HMS), EMR/EHR, Healthcare ERP, or other HealthTech solutions and be comfortable managing the complete B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
This role requires regular client visits, in-person meetings, product presentations, and relationship building with healthcare organizations, hospitals, clinics, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, field visits, and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
- Schedule and attend meetings with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, CEOs, directors, and department heads.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate product demonstrations with the technical team.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience in HealthTech solutions, Healthcare ERP, HIS/HMS, EMR/EHR, or related healthcare software.
- Proven experience in managing the complete sales cycle.
- Experience conducting client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Willingness to perform outdoor sales, field visits, and client outreach.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network within hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, or healthcare organizations.
- Experience working with healthcare software, digital health, or enterprise software solutions.
