Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Pipeline Growth
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of property owners.
- Handle inbound enquiries with fast and clear follow up.
- Run outbound outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
- Qualify leads using set criteria and move them to next steps.
- Keep CRM updated with accurate notes and follow up actions.
Client Engagement and Conversion
- Lead discovery calls with owners.
- Present Homevy’s services, values, and performance approach.
- Understand owner needs and recommend the right setup.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service outlines.
- Follow up consistently and close deals within expected timelines.
Homevy Partners Programme
- Manage partner leads and communication.
- Keep agents and referrers updated on commission and onboarding status.
- Build and maintain partner relationships.
- Track partner performance and share insights with leadership.
Business Development Activities
- Identify new lead sources in the market.
- Build relationships with agents, small developers, and referral groups.
- Attend selected industry events and viewings.
- Share insights on market trends and competitor activity.
Leadership and Performance
- Work closely with the Co-Founders on strategy, priorities, and weekly targets.
- Share clear pipeline updates, insights, and risks.
- Hit monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Report performance with accuracy.
- Hand over signed properties to Design and Operations for onboarding.
Development and Learning
- Stay updated on sales techniques, market trends, and owner expectations.
- Apply new knowledge to improve conversion and outreach quality.
Person Specification
Experience
- Sales or business development.
- Experience closing deals and working with targets.
- Real estate or hospitality exposure is helpful.
- Experience using CRM tools.
Skills
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Confident presenting to owners.
- Skilled in objection handling and persuasion.
- Strong organisation and follow through.
- Clear communicator across WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Good time management and pipeline discipline.

Details
- Full time, office based in Dubai with property visits when needed.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
- Working hours 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
- Role requires fast response times, including speaking to owners outside office hours when needed.
