SALES EXECUTIVE - HOME APPLIANCES

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our home appliances, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell home appliances to customers in both retail and corporate settings.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Provide product demonstrations, explain features, and answer customer queries effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in home appliances or related sectors.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
