1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target potential HoReCa clients to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close deals.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
  • Provide product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations to clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

3. Account Management

  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor client performance and purchasing trends to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience

2–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in the HoReCa or FMCG sector

Skills

Negotiation, communication, CRM tools, presentation, and time management

Language

Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus

Other

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
