Sales Executive (HORECA/B2B/Field Sales)

We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executives with proven experience in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) industry to join our growing team. This role is a 100% field sales position, focused on building strong relationships, driving business growth, and consistently achieving sales targets. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals in the HORECA sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities by mapping the HORECA market and analyzing competitor activity.
  • Generate consistent revenue through proactive field visits, client meetings, and relationship-building.
  • Handle objections effectively, turning challenges into successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with existing HORECA clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience in HORECA sales is preferred (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering segment).
  • Strong B2B sales background with expertise in direct/field sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage key decision-makers.
  • Target-driven, persuasive, and resilient with a results-focused mindset.
  • A proactive self-starter with innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field and motivated to achieve sales goals.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Job type: Full time, Permanent

Pay range: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 per month + attractive performance based incentives
