Sales Executive – HR Software (MyHCM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth for MyHCM. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering end-to-end sales of our HR software solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR technology sector.
  • Conduct meetings, deliver product demos, and prepare client presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to enhance product positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s.
  • Experience: Fresh – 1 year (Sales/Software background preferred).
  • HR Tech experience will be a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems is an advantage.
