Sales Executive-ICT

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ICT Sales Executive with strong expertise in both Active and Passive sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, generating new leads, designing ICT solutions, and conducting thorough market research. Candidates must have a solid background in ICT, the ability to present tailored ICT products and services to business clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B sales opportunities through active prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage both active and passive sales cycles to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct solution design and proposal development for ICT projects (Networking, CCTV Surveillance, Access Control, IT Infrastructure, etc.).
  • Perform in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of Proven experience in ICT sales, solution selling, and B2B lead generation.
  • Excellent knowledge of ICT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to design ICT solutions and prepare customized proposals.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Active and Passive networking solutions, servers, storage and network switches will be preferred.
  • Certification(s) in ICT/Networking/Security will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
