Job Description:
Royal Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd is hiring an experienced and driven Sales Executive to lead industrial sales efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in B2B industrial sales, strong client relationship skills, and a results-driven mindset to achieve significant revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the industrial sector
• Identify target market segments and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Achieve quarterly sales targets of PKR 60 million
• Build long-term relationships with key industrial clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical product demonstrations
• Stay updated with industry trends, product specs, and competitive offerings
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customized client solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management
• Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of successful experience in industrial or B2B sales
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and applications
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to close complex sales and manage key accounts
• Self-motivated, with a strategic and performance-focused approach

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
