About the Role:

Nail & Hammer Pvt. Ltd. is an interior design and build company specializing in cafés, restaurants, salons, and commercial spaces.

We are looking for a Sales Executive (Male/Female) who can generate leads, connect with clients, and convert opportunities into successful interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the hospitality and commercial sectors (cafés, salons, restaurants, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Present company portfolio, project work, and design concepts to clients.
• Coordinate between the client and design team for project requirements and quotations.
• Manage site visits, proposal discussions, and client meetings.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, and conversions in an organized manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in interior design, architecture, or furniture industry.
• Preference for candidates who have worked on café, restaurant, or commercial interiors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of design process, materials, and project timelines.
• Must be self-driven, result-oriented, and confident to meet clients independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
