Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out to generate business and manage client relationships for interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The candidate will focus on selling aluminum, glass, partitions, and other fit-out solutions to contractors, consultants, and end clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing
- Coordinate with design and project teams to provide accurate solutions
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to management
- Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in interior fit-out, aluminum, or glass systems in UAE
- Strong technical knowledge of fit-out materials, aluminum, glass, and partitions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- UAE driving license preferred
