Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out to generate business and manage client relationships for interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The candidate will focus on selling aluminum, glass, partitions, and other fit-out solutions to contractors, consultants, and end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to provide accurate solutions
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closure
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to management
  • Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in interior fit-out, aluminum, or glass systems in UAE
  • Strong technical knowledge of fit-out materials, aluminum, glass, and partitions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • UAE driving license preferred
