Role Overview
- We are looking for a Sales Executive who can hunt, pitch, close, and grow accounts in IoT, fleet, smart city, and enterprise solutions.
- This is a field + consultative sales role, not a desk-only job.
- You’ll work closely with the technical team, so basic technical understanding is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in:
- Fleet & vehicle tracking
- Smart city / smart parks
- IoT sensors & platforms
- Enterprise & government projects
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose complete solutions
Prepare and present:
- Proposals
- Quotations
- Technical-commercial comparisons
- Coordinate with engineering for solution design and costing
Manage the full sales cycle:
- Lead → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Follow up on payments, renewals, and upselling opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business language
- Technical Understanding (Must-Have)
You don’t need to code—but you must understand:
- GPS tracking & fleet systems
- IoT platforms & dashboards
- LoRaWAN / 4G / sensors (high-level)
- Basic networking concepts
- SaaS and subscription-based pricing models
