Sales Executive-IT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), POS (Point of Sale), and SPA software solutions. This role requires an individual with strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of business software solutions, and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

  • Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers for ERP, POS, and SPA software solutions.
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads, build a sales pipeline, and maintain a consistent flow of qualified prospects.
  • Initiate contact with leads via cold calling, email, networking, and attending industry events.

Product Demonstrations & Presentations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients, effectively showcasing the benefits and features of ERP, POS, and SPA software solutions.
  • Clearly articulate product capabilities, industry benefits, and ROI to prospective clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring successful software implementation and adoption.
  • Work closely with the account management team to ensure smooth onboarding and product integration.

Sales Process Management:

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
  • Negotiate and close deals, working with customers to find the best solution while meeting company goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure aligned messaging and to support lead generation initiatives.

Market & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in ERP, POS, and SPA software markets, including product innovations and competitor analysis.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs, challenges, and opportunities in the marketplace.

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager, including progress on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for ERP, POS, and SPA software sales.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales role within the software or technology industry (ERP, POS, SPA software experience is highly preferred).
Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product offerings and convey them in simple, business-oriented language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking tools.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of ERP, POS, and SPA software solutions.
  • Familiarity with business processes in industries that typically use ERP, POS, and SPA software (e.g., retail, hospitality, wellness, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Familiarity with the software implementation process.

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
