Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically for POS and SCO solutions, aligning them with the company's goals and vision.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, manage CRM systems and analyze sales data to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
  • Requires deep understanding of IT Hardware | Software POS solutions to effectively communicate with customers addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs, challenges, and objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with a focus on achieving win-win agreements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven track record in sales within the POS industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management role.

Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of POS solutions, including hardware and software.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in the fast-paced POS technology sector.

A demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
