A Sales Associate is responsible for helping customers find their perfect solution and get the most out of whatever what’s available for them.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media and having exiting client data base , potential leads to generate immidiately.
  • Present and promote IT solutions and services to potential clients
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product or service solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations (with pre-sales support if needed)
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer information, and pipeline updates in the CRM
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, marketing) to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Keep up to date with new product launches, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Searching for opportunities that enhance the sales and benefit the clients
  • Providing outstanding and special services to the clients
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Developing creative sales initiatives and applying them to improve the financial gains of the organization
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers)
  • Executing some management activities and upholding the list of the active and future clients
  • Attending international sales meetings, seminars to boost the sales profits of the same
  • Maintaining the daily, weekly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales reports and records
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min 2 year experience
  • knowledge in IT
  • Proficient in English communication skill

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, or a similar qualification.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology would be advantageous.
  • UAE Driving License
  • Communication Skill (English proficient)
  • Nationality : Philippines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
