About Us:

KNH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LLC is a key player in Dubai's IT trading sector. We specialize in the procurement and sales of computer products, providing reliable technology solutions to our clients through a robust supply and distribution network.

Primary Objective:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with direct experience in the end-to-end trading of computer products. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in purchasing from suppliers, selling to customers, and diligently following up to ensure successful deal closure and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trading & Procurement:

  • Source IT products (laptops, desktops, printers, servers, switches) from local vendors and distributors.
  • Negotiate purchase terms and pricing to secure inventory at competitive costs for maximum profitability.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Understand client needs and present suitable products from our portfolio to meet those requirements.
  • Prepare and submit competitive quotations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

3. Client & Order Follow-up:

  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through excellent follow-up and communication.
  • Manage the order process from initiation to delivery, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Provide post-sale support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

4. Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new products to make informed purchasing and sales decisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Essential Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT trading, specifically in buying and selling computer products (e.g., laptops, desktops, printers).
  • Core Skills:
  • Proven Sales Record: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Procurement & Negotiation: Demonstrated skill in negotiating with suppliers for the best purchase prices.
  • Exceptional Follow-up: Must be highly organized and persistent with excellent client and order follow-up abilities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of standard IT hardware.
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of networking products (FortiGate, CCTV, Access Control) is a significant plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to drive results.
