Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our IT services team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT sales and a strong passion for building client relationships, driving revenue, and growing accounts across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT services across multiple sectors
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions from our IT services portfolio
• Build, manage, and grow strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective pipeline and account management
• Coordinate closely with internal technical and delivery teams for proposals and solution execution
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry forums to expand business reach
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to management

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT services sales or account management
• Good understanding of IT and digital solutions, including:
• Web development
• Mobile application development
• SharePoint solutions
• Custom software solutions
• Managed IT services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Willingness to travel within the region as required
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
