Sales Executive (IT / Software) – GSS Tech Solutions

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preference for candidates familiar with UK | US | UAE markets)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Salary: PKR 150,000 – 170,000/month + Commission on Sales (Non-Recurring)

Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

GSS Tech Solutions is a UK-based technology company offering software development, IT consulting, and digital transformation services. We also provide digital marketing, social media management, and performance advertising solutions to businesses worldwide.

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is driven, confident, and passionate about technology and digital services; someone who can turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Handle inbound leads and actively pursue outbound opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instagram, and other social channels.
  • Conduct cold calling and email outreach to identify new business opportunities and schedule product demos.
  • Build a strong customer database by researching businesses and acquiring data from tools such as Apollo.io.
  • Present and sell services such as: Social Media Marketing & Management, Digital Advertising Campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.), Custom Software Solutions, IT Consulting & Web Development.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to match client needs with tailored solutions. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics and report actionable insights to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B or digital service sales (preferably in software, IT, or marketing).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and CRM tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services and software solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
  • Knowledge of UK or international markets is a plus.
