Sales Executive - Jewelry Industries

Key Responsibilities:

 Support the sales team in processing orders and maintaining customer

records

 Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery

 Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation

 Follow up with customers regarding order status and inquiries

 Maintain databases and CRM systems

 Handle customer communications and resolve basic queries

 Support marketing and promotional activities as needed

Requirements:

 1–3 years of experience in sales support or related roles (preferably in

jewellery or retail)

 Good communication and organizational skills

 Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

 Basic knowledge of jewellery products is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,681.93 - ₹27,905.49 per month
