Kickstart is Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, startups, and freelancers. We have 16 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5400+ members using our spaces daily.


We are looking for a Sales Executive in Karachi, who has experience in Real Estate , office, coworking space or property dealing. As the Sales Executive, you will be dealing with a diverse role which includes inbound call management, lead qualification, lead conversion and customer service. 


Key Responsibilities


1. Inbound Call Management:

  • Serve as the first point of contact and actively listen to callers, understand their needs, and provide detailed information about our workspace offerings and pricing.
  • Offer solutions tailored to the caller's requirements, emphasizing the unique benefits of Kickstart Coworking Space.


2. Lead Qualification:

  • Identify and qualify potential members through effective questioning and conversation by assessing the caller’s level of interest and readiness to engage further.
  • Document call details and lead information accurately in our CRM system.


3. Sales Conversion:

  • Convert inbound inquiries into memberships by effectively articulating the value proposition of Kickstart Coworking Space.
  • Handle objections and address any concerns to secure the sale.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the growth of our coworking community.


4. Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our coworking spaces, amenities, services, and pricing.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and membership packages.
  • Continuously update knowledge to provide accurate information to callers.


5. Customer Service & CRM Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive caller experience.
  • Follow up with callers as needed to provide additional information and support.
  • Utilize our CRM system to record and track all interactions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate reports and analyze call data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Required background


  • Proven experience in sales, CRM management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of coworking spaces and flexible office solutions is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
