- Has to achieve the target set for each of the customers assigned.
- Generate / Introduce new customers
- Closely monitor the customer activities
- Regular visits to the customers to procure and maintain the share of orders.
- Follow up on the payments and finished goods stock.
- Handling of customer complaints and recommend visits by QC manager.
- Advice visits by Business managers and divisional managers.
- Closely monitoring competitor activities and providing information to the managers
- To work on taking corrective steps on the grievances of the customers.
- To work on getting share of promotions, new developments
- Advising customers on new packaging trends and recommend visits by our product development and technical team.
- Be able to adjust and comprehend with additional tasks given by superiors other than the required work responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School/Diploma/Graduate / degree holder
- 3+ years of exposure of having worked in sales and handled customers in KSA.
- Knowledge of the printing and packaging industry preferred.

- Interpersonal Skills– Ability to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, and external entities each of which require cooperative efforts on both sides. Possesses a strong customer skill with the ability to build relationships and partnerships.
- Communication Skills–Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form. Communicates clearly among the employees, supervisors, other departments as well as outsource entities each of which requires collaboration on both sides. Fluency in the English language, working knowledge in Arabic and knowledge in other languages are a plus.
