Sales Executive - Kuwait City

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Experience


  • Welcome and engage customers in a professional, courteous, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets, KPIs, and conversion goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining an authentic luxury experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently.


2. Product Knowledge & Brand Representation


  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and brand storytelling.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and care instructions clearly to customers.
  • Represent the brand image, values, and standards at all times.


3. Store Operations


  • Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and discrepancies are reported immediately.
  • Support opening and closing procedures as per-store guidelines.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, tagging, and displaying merchandise.


4. Visual Merchandising & Store Standards


  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines and seasonal layouts.
  • Replenish stock on the shop floor and ensure correct pricing and tagging.


5. Inventory & Stock Control


  • Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
  • Report low stock levels, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of merchandise to prevent loss or damage.


6. Teamwork & Communication


  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and team members to achieve store goals.
  • Attend training sessions, briefings, and performance reviews.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.


7. Compliance & Security


  • Adhere to company security, health & safety, and loss-prevention policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred (luxury retail experience is an advantage).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.


Working Conditions


  • Retail store environment.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Standing for extended periods.
