Sales Executive – Legal & Compliances Tech

Identify, qualify, and pursue prospective clients, including law firms, corporates, universities, and government institutions.

Execute outreach via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital campaigns.

Nurture leads through the sales funnel: awareness consult booking payment.

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Serve as the primary contact for clients; understand their requirements, case types, and urgency.

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.

Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback.

Maintain ongoing engagement through reminders, follow-ups, and renewals.

Gather feedback and testimonials to enhance credibility.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant legal services.
-
Onboard Vendors/lawyers: KYC, verification, and profile creation.
-
Assign Vendors to cases based on expertise, availability, and ratings.

Handle escalations between clients and Vendors, ensuring fair resolution.

Conduct post-consult follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Proactively address issues to prevent client churn.

Create FAQs, guides, and chatbot responses for self-service support.

Sync with marketing on campaigns and lead quality.
-
Share client feedback with product/tech teams to improve platform features.

Work with finance for invoicing, refunds, and revenue reporting.

Partner with product, sales, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Act as a brand representative in client meetings, workshops, and industry discussions.

Handle and resolve client escalations, coordinating with technical/product teams as needed.

Prior experience in legal & compliance tech sales or online legal services.

Ability to work with CRMs, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate sales records.

Familiarity with document drafting, legal notices, agreements, and contracts.

Familiarity with e-signature platforms, digital stamping, and compliance tools.

Experience in vendor management and onboarding processes in the legal/financial domain.

Strong communication, persuasion, and client engagement skills.
