Logistics Sales Consultant

As a Logistics Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the customer base within the logistics and transportation industries. Your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills will contribute to achieving sales targets and building lasting customer partnerships.

  • Identify and target potential clients within the logistics and transportation sector.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase company services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Offer logistics solutions that meet clients' transportation, warehousing, and supply chain needs.
  • Customize proposals based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in logistics and transportation.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports.
  • Analyze sales data to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client network.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, addressing concerns and providing excellent customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain concepts.
  • Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking for solution-based selling.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
