Sales Executive - Logistics

Position: Sales Executive – Logistics

Salary: as per the commitment

UAE driving license mandatory

Sales Target Note

Salary AED 10,000 → Target: AED 40,000 (4x salary)

Salary AED 7,000 → Target: AED 30,000 (3x salary)

Salary AED 5,000 → Target: AED 20,000 (2x salary – minimum required)

Performance Scale:

100% = 4 times salary target

70% = 3 times salary target

50% = 2 times salary target
Job Purpose:

To identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for the company’s logistics and freight forwarding services. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in logistics solutions such as freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, client visits, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client logistics requirements and propose tailored solutions (air, sea, road freight, and warehousing).
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers while ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of client shipments.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and conversions, reporting regularly to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
  • Existing client base/network in logistics industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license (if applicable for the region).

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • New client acquisition rate.
  • Retention and growth of existing clients.
  • Profit margin per deal.
  • Client satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Logistics sales: 2 years (Required)
