Sales Executive – Logistics

Location: G-9, Islamabad

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in the logistics sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, converting leads into clients, and building long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics industry
  • Generate high-quality leads and convert them into successful sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Effectively present and promote the company’s logistics services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a Sales Executive or Sales Agent role (preferably in logistics or related industry)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Strong ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented personality

Note:
This position is not open to fresh candidates. Internship opportunities will be announced separately.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Structure: PKR 50,000 (first 3 months probation period) → PKR 80,000 after successful completion of probation
  • Uncapped Commission (high earning potential)
