Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads generated through our website, social media and ads.
- Qualify leads based on interest, readiness, and intent to learn.
- Set appointments and coordinate schedules for Growth Consultants.
- Ensure seamless handover of lead information to the Growth Consultant team via CRM.
- Maintain detailed call records and follow-up activity logs.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and appointments set.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, or lead generation (Freshers welcome).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
- Comfortable with high call volumes and fast-paced environments.
- Basic understanding of real estate or education sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn.
