1. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
3. Generate Leads.
4. Build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
5. Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers.
6. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
9. Hold knowledge regarding export regulations and company policies.
*Requirements:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. 2 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the lubricant industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Knowledge of export regulations and international trade practices.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Only Requiring Junior Level Sales Executives with 2 - 3 years of sales experience, over Experienced candidates will not be short listed.
