Position Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering a premium customer experience in a luxury automotive showroom. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for cars, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers to the showroom and provide expert guidance on vehicle models, features, and specifications.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and test drives.
  • Develop and maintain a client database to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Handle negotiations, prepare quotations, and finalize sales transactions.
  • Coordinate with the finance and aftersales departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Stay updated on new model launches, features, and market trends.
  • Represent the brand in a professional and polished manner at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a professional appearance.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license preferred.
