Sales Executive (Luxury Hospitality)

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong background in luxury hospitality, specializing in banquet and outdoor catering sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end hospitality sales, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to achieve sales targets in luxury hospitality, banquets, and outdoor catering.
  • Promote and sell premium hospitality services, including banquet events, outdoor catering, and exclusive hotel offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and high-value clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to luxury clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, with proven banquet and outdoor catering experience.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
