We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room, event, and F&B revenue while building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for luxury hotel services
- Manage and grow corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts
- Promote events, and F&B offerings to premium clients
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and hotel presentations
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and rate negotiations
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate with reservations, revenue, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality
- Strong network within corporate, travel, or hospitality sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and customer-centric approach
- Target-driven with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- Degree in Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing is an advantage
