We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room, event, and F&B revenue while building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for luxury hotel services
  • Manage and grow corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts
  • Promote events, and F&B offerings to premium clients
  • Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and hotel presentations
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and rate negotiations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with reservations, revenue, and operations teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality
  • Strong network within corporate, travel, or hospitality sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-centric approach
  • Target-driven with strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required
  • Degree in Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing is an advantage
