Sales Executive (Male)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Executive (Male) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have mandatory experience in the printing industry and should be capable of independently managing customer queries, coordinating orders, and handling client communication professionally.

The candidate should possess strong sales coordination skills, customer handling abilities, and a good understanding of printing products, processes, and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales-related communication independently
• Coordinate with clients regarding orders, pricing, artwork, delivery timelines, and production updates
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, proposals, and related documentation
• Follow up with clients for approvals, order confirmations, and pending matters
• Coordinate with production, design, logistics, and finance departments for smooth order execution
• Visit clients when required for meetings, order discussions, or relationship management
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Support business growth through effective coordination and client handling

Education: Intermediate / A-Levels / Diploma / Associate Degree

Experience:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales or client coordination experience
• Mandatory experience in the printing industry

Required Skills

• Strong communication and customer dealing skills
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities
• Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and production flow
• Basic understanding of graphic design concepts, artwork handling, CMYK, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
• Ability to manage multiple client queries professionally
