Sales Executive ( Male , Female)

Mac Mark Real Estate is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
• Present and promote residential and commercial properties
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options
• Arrange site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

• Freshers or candidates with experience in real estate sales are welcome
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of real estate market is a plus
