Position: National Sales Manager

Coverage: Nationwide (Multiple Regions)

Experience: 5–10+ Years in Dermatology/Aesthetics Sales

Qualification: Pharm-D / BS (Hons.) Preferred

Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales operation, build and manage strong regional teams, and drive the promotion of our Skin Care and Hair Care brand across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and manage sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise Sales Teams / Derma Representatives.
  • Visit dermatologists, aesthetic consultants, and clinics to support team activities.
  • Design and implement national sales strategies and targets.
  • Drive product detailing, presentations, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor regional performance and ensure market coverage nationwide.
  • Build long-term relationships with dermatologists and key opinion leaders.
  • Identify new opportunities and expand brand presence.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns, branding and nationwide promotions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dermatology, aesthetics, and cosmetics sales.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and grow regional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with strong market awareness.
  • Ability to travel across regions as needed.
