Job Title: SALES EXECUTIVE (Male / Female)

Job Objective: To generate sales, build client relationships, and promote real estate projects by Signature Marketing Pvt Ltd to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Identify and convert sales leads
• Stay updated on real estate trends
• Promote and present projects to clients
• Achieve sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience: 1-3 years (Real Estate sales preferred)
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
